This could be due to the mailbox being locked (ie. A stale POP3 session
is holding the mailbox open). However I have seen problems with Web Mail
that stopped logins with earlier versions.
What you should do is check several mailboxes the next time it occurs
and see if it affects all mailboxes or not. If not then it is most
probably a locking issue. If however all mailboxes are affected then it
would more than likely be due to a COM Object and should be reported to
Vircom.

Hi,
I am having the same problem for a longtime with the WebMail.
I get a call from the customer saying they can't get into their WebMail.
I
try to log in as them and get:
An internal error occurred. Please try again later and contact your ISP
if
the problem persists.
Description : Login failed.
Code : &H800300CA
Then I go to the "close POP3" button and that doesn't help. Then I go
restart the WebMail service and voilla, it works. It happens to a guy
whose
"browser crashes" and several others who say they click the logout
button.
