"netmon", included with Windows Server (and a more feature rich version
included with MS-SMS) is a pretty kick-butt sniffer, especially if you
need decodes for Microsoft protocols such as MAPI.

I do generally use Ethereal tho. The interface is easier to use.

Is there any others worthwhile other then ethereal?  It is the best one

Ethereal. http://www.ethereal.com/. It's good, it's free. Just don't
expect 
it to do too much of your job for you :)
