Does anyone know how to view and/or change the NetBT name on a NT4 server ?

I am getting an error that says "A duplicate name has been detected on the TCP network".

I have right clicked on "network neighborhood" then left clicked on properties and viewed
the "computer name" but I can't find a duplicate.   It seems to me many many months
ago I was doing something with netbios as a security issue but I don't know if that would
have done any thing.

Can any one point me in the right direction ?
