See attached e-mail. This message sent to both Verio and Vircom.
 
The attached email is most likely a scam.  I don't have any billable account with E-Bay, and the address that the click-to address for "Go to EBay Billing Center" is a Verio address (198.173.234.255).  If you go to that address with a browser, you do appear to end up at E-Bay, but the problem is what the button click does otherwise, and unless it is a vaild Verio IP used by E-Bay, who is in the middle and doing what?
 
So in the case of Verio please investigate and take appropriate action.  In the case of Vircom please add appropriate message filtering to try to trap this.
 
And for others on the modus list... bewary.
