Important changes are file descriptor leaks on a graceful restart in
both versions and for version 2.2 possible truncation of data when
using wsgi.file_wrapper. An upgrade would be recommended especially
due to the latter if using wsgi.file_wrapper in a way or on system
affected by the problem.

If there are any problems with these, let me know ASAP. Although, I am
about to go home for a long sleep so might not read response straight
away. Think a flu is starting to get the better of me. :-(

BTW, development version of mod_wsgi 3.0 now no longer builds on
latest Python 3.0 as BETA versions of Python 3.0 have changed C APIs a
lot from ALPHA versions I used to perform the original port. Not sure
when I will get around to fix it up so it works. :-(
