DAA is Digest Access Authentication
This is not a showstopping problem for the project. At least not yet.
It results in unnecessary overhead when the server is authenticating
tens of times every time a logged in user requests a page. Thanks for
the excellent tips! Didn't know of Apaches authentication provider
thingy up until now. Most excellent that you can plug in Python here!
