If you still want to be basing it off mod_wsgi 2.3, suggest instead
you use 2.X branch from subversion.

I have backported the read()/readline() fix.

I am starting to back port various fixes from 3.0 to 2.X branch as
really need to get a 2.4 version out the door soon.

Otherwise just use 3.X trunk from subversion and both changes already present.
