Seems there has been a followup to say it was a known agilo problem. The problem could have probably been avoided by creating distinct daemon process group for agilo projects. You wouldn't have had to change the URL mappings, just use Location/WSGIProcessGroup together for existing agilo URLs and delegate them to different daemon process group.
