You just picked the wrong weekend to ask your question. I have very little time this weekend, has taken me 4hrs+ just to complete this email, and a baby that is being a challenge as well as wanting to spew up everywhere, including in the car. In the very little bit of time I had I pointed you at the document which would I thought would help you most and give you a solution to what you wanted, even if not exactly the same as your expectations. I said at one point I would explain properly later and instead of wait you kept bringing up different problems you perceived existed which I had to counter rather than just explaining properly from the outset exactly how it works so you could understand it rather than assume. You also haven't helped the matter by making remarks such as 'I could If I wrote my own wsgi webserver'. If you think you can do a better job, then perhaps you should go write your own server since you seem to think it is such a simple problem to solve.
