I don't like being condescended or being told out that something is not possible. I'm neither a child nor stupid and if you tell me that I can't I'll tell you that I can, is all I did. This isn't a beauty contest and I'm not out to win any points. If you do not have the time to respond or you do not want to look into something etc. I find no flaw in telling so outright.
