Hello,

I eliminated <VirtualHost />, I've put <Directory /> and WSGIScriptAlias in
httpd.conf according to the guidelines and now the example wsgi application
you provided works.

The conclusion is you don't need VirtualHost on localhost. A logic
conclusion actually. :)
