The expat issue shouldn't affect Python 2.5 onwards.

Another similar clash is between mod_cache family of modules in Apache
and bundled sqlite. The sqlite package used a name which clashed with
the Apache module initialisation function, or vice versa, can't
remember now. Newer versions of sqlite avoided the issue, so may newer
Python is bundling newer sqlite instead.
