I found alternative way to get things going.

I stuck with python2.5 just because I only see python2.5 version of
Mysql-python (windows binary )on its official site
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/mysql-python/files/)

But i got python26 version of mysql-python windows binary from here
http://timvalenta.wordpress.com/2009/02/04/python-26-mysql/

So i moved everything to 2.6 now

Thanks again
