I have some code that I would like to make available as a wsgi-based
web app. It's basically a metadata server, and will serve a high
volume of small requests (typical responses can be as small as 5-6
bytes). The app is super-fast, basically returning data that is
cached in-memory in a dictionary. This is a dedicated service, there
won't be anything served from this Apache instance.

This is an internal app, everything is on gig-E, and ping times are .1
- .2 ms range.
What's a reasonable number I can expect for request/response latency?
Any tuning tips I can take advantage of?

Many TIA!
Mark
