That is a different issue. For a start, instead of: WSGIScriptAlias /myapp /C:/www/wsgi-scripts/myapp.wsgi you should be using: WSGIScriptAlias /myapp C:/www/wsgi-scripts/myapp.wsgi Ie., no '/' before the drive designator.
