No, you're right. What I mean by 'leverage' is not only we have to
consider our system infrastructure using by php right now, but also
the fast growing python web programming ecosystem.

So in this kind of sense, the VM solution will be a little bit of bold
and lots of other parts of the system will need to be changed, perhaps
we will consider it sometime later in the future.
