It clearly says in the download list what version combination is supported by each available download.

You cannot use 64 bit. The Python 3.1 binary isn't mentioned in the first link, but is in the second, because you really probably want to be sticking with Python 2.X support at this time because not enough web frameworks/applications support Python 3.X yet.
