When I try to add WSGIApplicationGroup %{GLOBAL} i get
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/srv/djweb/fileserv/etalent/
django_session/sessionid9b52b55137982353c696b8673b30f714'
What user should have permission to this?

ps: I do not run any php stuff on my server, well at least none that I
am aware of :)
