And are you using the most recent mod_wsgi binaries?

You might also make sure you are using all 32 bit binaries for Apache,
Python and mod_wsgi and that Python is installed for all users. You
can't mix 32 and 64 bit.

You also should not have done the registry fiddles in that blog page
as that suggestion was plain wrong. They stuffed up the Python
installation somehow and you never need to do that if Python installed
for all users as required.
