It will help to see the parts of the Apache configuration related to mod_wsgi and the WSGI application. The fact that it shows you the directory structure of your project is a bit worrying to start with, as it suggests you have put your project under the Apache DocumentRoot directory for the whole of Apache or the VirtualHost, something you should not do.
