What do you get if you run: ldd /usr/local/bin/python3.3 Graham On 11/04/2014, at 4:24 PM, [email protected] <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear Graham, > > I thought the best way is to start in the beginning. > > So I have > - deleted the python 3.3.5 installation > - installed again python 3.3.5 > - extracted again mod_wsgi-3.4.tar.gz > - configured mod_wsgi. > > egon@CupidoServer:~/Downloads/mod_wsgi-3.4$ ./configure > --with-python=/usr/local/bin/python3.3 > checking for apxs2... /usr/bin/apxs2 > checking Apache version... 2.2.22 > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > /usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries: > libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or > directory > configure: creating ./config.status > config.status: creating Makefile > egon@CupidoServer:~/Downloads/mod_wsgi-3.4$ > > (The created Makefile contains LDFLAGS = -Wl,-F -framework). > > So configure doesn't find libpython3.3m.so.1.0 in /usr/local/lib > > Egon > > > > > > > On Friday, April 11, 2014 12:28:04 PM UTC+2, Graham Dumpleton wrote: > Indicate what your current LDFLAGS AND LDLIBS settings are from the Makefile. > > Run 'make clean' and 'make' again.
