If you are getting:

/usr/local/bin/python3.3: error while loading shared libraries:
libpython3.3m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

your Python installation is broken.

Can you even run python3.3 and get an interpreter prompt?

What do you get if you run:

ldd /usr/local/bin/python3.3
