If you access:

http://yohost/yo.wsgi

do you see the source code for the script?

If you don't it means that VirtualHost is not being used but the default is.

Also try using telnet to access the server port directly:

$ telnet yohost 80
GET /yo HTTP/1.0
Host: yohost

With multiple returns after Host line.

Anyway, time for me to go and not sure when back on next.
