Anyway, I run Apache httpd.exe from command line under a user and that user
does have access to Python:
C:\Prog\Apache24\bin>httpd.exe
httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 179 of C:/Prog/Apache24/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load modules/mod_wsgi.so into server
: The specified module could not be found.
C:\Prog\Apache24\conf>python --version
Python 2.6.5
