I am a bit confused. Why are stack traces showing:

    /opt/rh/httpd24/root/etc/httpd/modules/mod_python33-wsgi.so

Why is mod_python mentioned?

Are you loading mod_python as well, or is mod_wsgi.so really installed as that 
name?
