You would cut and paste the text of anything into the email itself. Please try and find those error messages from the Apache error logs, and cut and paste them into the email, as without knowing the logged reason for the 500 error it is very difficult to guess. The error messages should be those which come out at the time of the error when requesting the browser. Also include half a dozen lines of the error log from before that point also. Make sure you include any fall Python tracebacks from the same time if they are listed in the logs, not just the one line that says an error occurred.
