What is the VirtualHost and mod_wsgi configuration for each? You are likely not 
getting Python module search path the same for both.

There can be other traps for doing a HTTP/HTTPS site combo, so suggest you send 
through those VirtualHost configs for each and can explain what is likely wrong.
