I'm not at my computer right now, but I'm using the cookiecutter-Django layout.In the postactivate script I'm setting DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE the postgres info and I can't remember what else.
Whatever the pathing, the mod_wsgi-express version finds the file.Again,being a newbie I'm really not sure what arguments are required. I'm following your blog posts as best I can.
