Well now I am really confused. I thought I was using the Django framework to work with the cookies. The code is being called in view.py which is meant to set the cookies and loads the modules fine. I had been trying to read them in view.py but wanted to see if they even present in wsgi.py, which they're not.
Not sure how everything else could be working except this. Spent a long time on this, and at this point, sadly, I need some very specific instructions.
