You didn't answer the question of what you get for:

    which python3

Also, why do you have Python in:

    /usr/local/python/Python-3.9.2

Did you install this from source code yourself? Why aren't you using the Python 
that CentOS provides? Installing Python from source code can cause various 
problems if you don't configure it correctly.

Also, what do you get for running:

    which yes
