I've created a Mogile package suitable for submission to PEAR, but
I'm concerned about the licensing, as I started from this Mediawiki module:

Mediawiki is GPL licensed, if I understand, but PEAR doesn't allow
that particular license:

I'm trying to get in touch with the author of the Mediawiki module,

Perhaps he (she?) can clarify whether Mediawiki contributors assign
copyright to Mediawiki. If not, perhaps Domas will allow us to
license our derivative package under BSD.
