If you had mindevcount of 1, and you now "really need the data", you did something wrong. Sorry, MogileFS is designed to give you data redundancy, if you don't use it, then I don't know if there's much we can do to help you. Other than that, do as Justin suggests, ensure everything is actually running and has access.
