The Prince’s Trust Motoring Tour 26th July 2012 at Donington Park Racing Circuit Limited to just 100 prestigious, exotic and classic cars, this day of motoring madness is a must for all petrol heads in the East Midlands. Starting at Donington Park with registration and a light breakfast, guests will have some time to meet other drivers and check out what promises to be a fascinating spectrum of participating motor cars. You will then be invited to leave Donington for a short rally taking in some very satisfying roads and the surrounding beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Back at Donington, you will form in to smaller groups and be led to drive your car around this fantastic challenging race circuit, experiencing first hand its twists and turns and the exciting long straights, imagine you are your favourite racing driver – but don’t close your eyes! By now you’ll be ready for lunch, hosted by a celebrity from the world of motor sport, take some time to meet up with your friends and enjoy lunch in the company of some of the latest supercars currently available. There’s still more to come Take a private tour of The Donnington Grand Prix collection and get up close to cars driven by such famous names as Nuvolari, Mansell, Prost, Moss, Fangio and Stewart. The collection includes the largest number of Mclaren and Williams racing cars in the world (outside of their respective factories) and the only complete collection of Vanwells, again in the world.
