Robert, Either cut the cowl scoop part off and mount the oil cooler where the 
scoop curve was or save the cowl and use the stock Morgan valance pan to mount  
the cooler to .
              However if you have a nicely done improved alloy rad and your 
engine is tuned right you do not need the extra plumbing and weight as well as 
complications on a stock Plus-4 Morgan for street use a electric fan would also 
go a long way in cooling that TR-4.  Your options.  Sincerely, John H. Sheally
