Hi.

Yes, can recommend iridium plugs, Iridiam. BPR5EIX gapped 0.025 , ]used for several years in a classic car.

No fouling, running on, car starts easily even when recently, through ill health not started for 6 weeks.

Cheers,

Chas..

I was thinking of using Ngk iridium in v8, suppose to have better spark and less tip erosion as iridium us harder. Do not know if they are good though

Dear all

Any suggestions, please, for the best combination of plugs and leads for a highish-mileage (118k) Zetec blacktop 1800 in a 4/4?

I note that websites tend to be enthusiastic about NGK, although I've had dreadful problems with them in other vehicles in the past.  For anything else, I'd tend to use Bosch copper core plugs; does anybody have any comments, please?

And what are reckoned the best leads for this engine?

Many thanks
Philip
