John Bishop, BMIHT, is an absolute star.

Nothing was too much trouble. For the Pride of Ownership/concours w needed
mains power to collate the results and generate the laminated certificates.
No problem at all, John placed his office at our disposal, and so the key
players (Rob & Di Walker) could work in comfort with mugs of tea to hand.
That's what I call service.

What a great and welcoming venue.

The Autosolo was, yet again, great fun. And with it being spread over the
weekend (I ran on Sunday a.m.) there was far less pressure than in previous
years.

Did the first track drive on Saturday a.m., spotting possible new Range
Rovers on the way in to the Emissions Track, then spent a few hours signing
people in to various events / museum tickets etc.

All in all a thoroughly enjoyable weekend. Forgot to pick up a 'brochure'
for 2013, but that weekend is usually a busy one for me anyway.

Well done to all those involved in putting the event on, plus the sponsors,
volunteers etc. Not forgetting BMIHT themselves for the use of the site!

Cheers,

Graham W
