Brian I believe ICI Autocolour were used at that time, but they were just a paint supplier. You could have had Signal Red paint from them, or just about any other automotive paint supplier.
Signal red is a pretty common name (you can buy house type paint with the same name) and there was a Triumph colour with that name, but you can bet it is not the same colour as the Ford one. I strongly believe Morgan used the Ford colour but can't prove it. rgds Martyn -----Original Message----- From: Brian Howatson [mailto:b.howat...@btopenworld.com] Sent: 20 August 2012 22:51 To: mogtalk2 Subject: Re: [mogtalk2] Paint! Would it be a Ford colour. Just need to advise Chipex before they send out my kit. I have the paint code etc. I have contacted Morgan but they seem to have not called me back as yet, just trying to short cut.
