Just got Back David,

It needed a bulb for one of the rear number plate lights and a top marker light
on the overhead cab. So it failed but then passed when we replaced the bulbs.
Failing would help the garage stastitics I presume. Only 2 advisories slight
play in a wheel bearing and slight play in a track rod end. so it is
effectively now on the road and going up for sale. I'll be sorry to see it go
but we don't seem to find time to use it these days.

How's your mog doing?

Regards,

John

MOT

Actually I'm looking for a good Indian or squaw if you know of
one. I must learn to delegate.
Just about ready to junp start it as the battery is a little flat
and drive down to the MOT Station. It's a new one to me so I'm ready for the
sucking of air through the teeth and weiting reams on his sheet as he walks
around under and over.
So long as there is no welding as I'm out of acetylene at present.

Two kitchen knives prised the unit out quite nicely and jobs a

Should be on for Friday if the Motorhome passes or fails on minor
items.

Anyone know if side repeater lights as fitted on front wings need
to work for an MOT?
Front and rear indicators work but on one side the repeater on the
front wing of our motorhome isn't. Looks like an easy break off removal jobby
to change the bulb as there is no access from the back and no screws in the
lense. Suspect the whole unit pushes in.
