Dave,

I quickly checked in my current moin install.
Both links seem to be working fine here.

They link to a page in your current wiki.
Is the rest of your wiki working fine?
Maybe you opted to not install some helpfiles or anything?

If you urgently need the help, you can always check the public pages from  
the moinmoin public wiki.
