OK, but reading this page: http://master.moinmo.in/HelpOnAccessControlLists I can't find the word "create" anywhere. This has caused me to wonder if page creation is even controllable. I was able to remove "write" from my default ACL for user "All". but this made existing pages uneditable to unregistered users. I just want to disallow page creation by unregistered users.
