I had the same error. This is how I fixed it:
remove the dot in line 32 in the 1059999.py file so that it reads:
src_data_dir = os.path.abspath(os.path.join(data_dir, '..', 'datapre160')) #
keep the orig data_dir here
This helped me upgrade. from version 1.5.5 to 1.6.1
