ok, I discovered the answer to my own problem.
In my farmconfig.py file, I have:
actions_excluded = ['DeletePage', ]
However, I also have myself listed as Superuser:
superuser = [u"Rvanderveer", ]
I confirmed this issue with both 1.6.2 and my 1.7 (testing)
installation. Is this normal?
