The GUI editor was removed in 1.6.2-1 Since 1.8.2-2, Moinmoin can use Debian/Ubuntu's system-wide version of fckeditor. If you use moinmoin >= 1.8.2 (i.e Jaunty or Karmic), make sure you install the package "fckeditor" as it is merely "suggested" in Ubuntu.
