Hi to all. I've just fineshed to write a brand new HowTo : A quick guide for setting up a first wiki on Ubuntu (see http://moinmo.in/HowTo/UbuntuQuick ). It's as simple and quick as possible: in few minutes, someone will be ready to enjoy and play with a working MoinMoin wiki.
It's a newbie tutorial, and does not contain anything more than the official docs. But I hope is simpler to follow (being focused on a single Ubuntu wiki, and with some screenshots). It's my first attempt to help the community, suggestions and corrections are always welcome! In fact, some (good) suggestions has already come.
