I'm seeing a strang behavior on Travis CI I can't figure out. What happens is that invoker.mavenOpts properties in the invoker.properties file is not being set in the IT executed by m-invoker-p. Does anyone have an idea why?
An example: https://github.com/mojohaus/jaxws-maven-plugin/blob/master/src/test/it/jaxwscommons-43/invoker.properties Here, -Dmaven.test.skip=true is not being set in the second execution.
