one question: looking at https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgcodehausmojo-1140/org/codehaus/mojo/license-maven-plugin/1.18/, I see that license-maven-plugin-1.18-third-party.properties <https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgcodehausmojo-1140/org/codehaus/mojo/license-maven-plugin/1.18/license-maven-plugin-1.18-third-party.properties> and license-maven-plugin-1.18-test-third-party.license.properties <https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/orgcodehausmojo-1140/org/codehaus/mojo/license-maven-plugin/1.18/license-maven-plugin-1.18-test-third-party.license.properties> are deployed to the repo they seem to be reports: are they really intended to be deployed to the repository like this?
