I'm not an expert in licensing, but I think that Apache Camel should state
the license of shade-maven-plugin. At least if that license requires that.
In any case, the license of shade-maven-plugin (of Codehaus) could depend
on what version it is. The license is sometimes changed.
shade-maven-plugin was initially developed at Codehaus, but was then moved
to an official Apache Maven plugin at ASF. See Apache Shade Maven plugin
[1]. But the license there could be different than what was the case at
Codehaus. Codehaus doesn't exist any more though and I couldn't find any
license info for shade-maven-plugin (of Codehaus).
