Hi,
I'm trying to add a maintenance page, something that will be displayed
for all bar a few routes whilst the database is being maintained:

However, I cannot quite understand how to create a catch-all route do
accept any url. The patterns '/', '/(*everything)' and variants all
bring up the 'route missing' page in morbo. I can't tell if this is by
design since the app is running in development mode.
Any ideas?
