I think that argument is nonsense, yes, great, you can use Bootstrap to
get device-particular CSS layouts going, but for some things I still
prefer being able to say I want to deliver a custom template for a given
device if that's my choice.
Besides it's a "voluntary" feature, you don't have to use it if you
don't want to so I don't see the harm in including it.
