can't find in Test::Mojo something like
$t = $t->element_has('div.hello', 'hello', 'Has hello');
check content by css selector.
i can check only element exist or not
$t = $t->element_exists('div.foo[x=y]');
$t = $t->element_exists_not('div.foo[x=y]');
