I've tried setting everything up from scratch on IIS 7.5 with the same 
results. I looked into the session state settings that come along with 
ASP.Net but as far as I can tell they're only for actual ASP sites. I've 
been working mostly off PHP setup guides and troubleshooting since there 
are more of them.
